Apply for your student ID

The University will provide you with this document that identifies you as a student of UC3M. It will be issued by Banco Santander. This does not imply any commitment to this entity, since the card is not associated with any bank account. Check all the information related to your TUI card here

How to apply

You can get your Smart University Card (TUI) at the University starting in September, at one of the emission points installed on the campuses at the beginning of the course.

You will get your card instantly, and it is not necessary for you to take a photograph, as they will do it there.

University ID uses

In addition to the identification functions, the TUI gives you access to multiple services: libraries of the UC3M, bicycle rental, libraries of the Community of Madrid ...

• By telephone: 916246000 (hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the days of registration)

Although we recommend that you contact by phone, to give you a faster answer, if you wish you can also go personally to the Student Office of your faculty:

• Getafe- Fac. Social and Legal Sciences: Classroom 10.0.29
• Getafe- Fac. Humanities, Communication and Documentation: Office 17.0.03
• Leganés: classroom 2.2.C04
• Colmenarejo: offices 1.1.A02 and 1.1.A05

These locations will be open only on registration days: (July 15 and 16) from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In addition, in Leganés you can also attend on Friday, July 12 from 12:00 to 14:30.
