Pre-enrollment application

To apply for a place in the public universities of Madrid with spanish university entrance exam, UNED accreditation for international students, spanish professional training certificate or bachelor graduates, you must fill in an on-line application. You can apply for until 12 different degrees of any of the 6 public universities en Madrid, in order of preference.

In some cases, it will be neccesary to provide more documentation. You can upload a copy of the documents through the application form. If you don't provide the documentation, your pre-enrollment won't be validated and you'll not get a place.

2023/24 deadlines:

First deadline ("convocatoria ordinaria"): From June 8 to 30

Second deadline ("convocatoria extrardinaria"): .From July 21 to 27 (In this call you can only choose degrees with available spots).

Specific information for students with UNED Accreditation

La Universidad Carlos III de Madrid no oferta plazas, por el cupo general, en ninguna de las titulaciones de Grado.

Solo se ofertan plazas para las personas en posesión de certificados que les permitan optar a las plazas no cubiertas en julio de los cupos de reserva para estudiantes con discapacidad o para deportistas de alto nivel o alto rendimiento:

• Cupo de reserva para estudiantes con discapacidad:

Quedan plazas en todas las titulaciones, salvo en Grado en Ingeniería Informática (Colmenarejo).

• Cupo de reserva para deportistas de Alto Nivel o de Alto Rendimiento:

Las titulaciones que NO ofertan plazas en la convocatoria extraordinaria son: Grado en Ingeniería Aeroespacial, Grado en Ingeniería Biomédica, Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Grado en Ingeniería Física, Grado en Matemática Aplicada y Computación, Grado en Estudios Internacionales, Grado en Gestión de la Información y Contenidos Digitales, Grado en Empresa y Tecnología, Doble Grado en Derecho y Administración de Empresas (Getafe), Doble Grado en Derecho y Economía, Doble Grado en Estudios Internacionales y Administración de Empresas, Doble Grado en Estudios Internacionales y Derecho, Doble Grado en Estudios Internacionales y Economía, Doble Grado en Ingeniería Física e Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales, Doble Grado en Ingeniería Informática y Administración de Empresas (Leganés-Getafe) y Grado en Filosofía, Política y Economía.

There is a 5% of places reserved in each degree for students with disability. 

To apply for these places, you must provide a certificate recognizing a degree of disability equal to or higher than 33%.

If all the places reserved in the ordinary call are not awarded, they will be offered in the extraordinary.

There is a 3% of reservation on each degree for the people acredited as High Level athlete by the Spanish Governmentent.

To qualify for this reservation quota, you must indicate it in the pre-registration, and attach one of the following documents:

• High Level Athlete Certificate, issued by Consejo Superior de Deportes.
• Certificate of High Performance Athlete, issued by Consejo Superior de Deportes, or the Regional Government.

In the distribution of places preference will be given to High Level athletes over High Performance. If all the places reserved in the ordinary call are not awarded, they will be offered in the extraordinary call.
