Pre-enrollment application

To apply for a place in the public universities of Madrid with spanish university entrance exam, professional training or graduates, you must fill in an on-line application. You can apply for until 12 different degrees of any of the 6 public universities en Madrid, in order of preference.

In some cases, it will be neccesary to provide more documentation. You can upload a copy of the documents through the application form. If you don't provide the documentation, your pre-enrollment will not be validated and you'll not get a place.

2019 deadlines:

First deadline ("convocatoria ordinaria"): From June 10th to July 1nd. International students with UNED Accreditation: until July 8th.

Second deadline ("convocatoria extraordinaria"): From July 19th to 26th. (Only for studies with available places).

FREE PLACES FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY CALL FOR THE 2019/20 COURSE

The Carlos III University of Madrid does not offer places, for the general quota, in any of the Degree programs. 

Only places are offered for people in possession of the certificate that accredits them as High Level or High Performance athletes.

Reservation for students with functional diversity

There is a 5% of places reserved in each degree for students with disability. 

To apply to this places you must hand the official document of disability recognition in a 33% or more.

Reservation of places for athletes A.N. or A.R.

There is a 3% of reservation on each degree for the people acredited as High Level athlete.

To qualify for this reservation quota, you must indicate it in the pre-registration, and attach one of the following documents:

  • High Level Athlete Certificate, issued by the Higher Sports Council.
  • Certificate of High Performance Athlete, issued by the Community of Madrid.
  • Certificate of High Performance Athlete, issued by the Higher Sports Council. If you have been recognized as a High Performance athlete by another autonomous community, you must request the CSD to issue this certificate, valid throughout the national territory.

In the distribution of places preference will be given to High Level athletes over High Performance. If all the places reserved in the ordinary call are not awarded, they will be offered in the extraordinary.
