FinTech, the integration of technology into financial services companies, is experimenting a huge grow in the last years requiring a high number of professionals, with a demand that exceeds the available number of skilled human resources.
The Master in Technologies in the Financial Sector: FinTech (MUFintech) was created to fulfill the demand of professionals for the Fintech sector as requested by our business partners: Accenture, Arfima Trading, BBVA, MSO, NTTData and VASS. The MUFintech teaching staff includes professors from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as professionals from companies such a BBVA, VASS, Grupo CIMD, Santander Digital Services, SEDA Protocol o Muzinich & Co.
MUFinTech graduates are required to perform an internship in a financial services company. Our partners offer a number of paid internships. We offer also scholarships that partially cover academic fees. The labor market insertion rate in the last two academic years has been equal to 100%, in many cases thanks to contracts offered by our partner companies, which allow studying and working simultaneously.
MUFinTech provides the combined technological and financial skills needed to work in the FinTech sector and is addressed both to fresh graduated students and to professionals with some experience in the field. Its international environment fosters the creation of strong professional networks among the students. 100% of the students of the last graduating class recommend enrolling in MUFinTech. Being an official master, it also allows to start a research career if desired.
MUFinTech se imparte en el centro de Madrid, en el Campus de Puerta de Toledo. Las clases presenciales, lunes y viernes de 16 a 21, se complementan con sesiones de trabajo autónomo del estudiante.
