Curso Cero en Estrategias de Aprendizaje 2023/2024

Presentation of objetives

In order to enhance your academic performance in this new stage that you are now starting, Universidad Carlos III organises for you zero courses that aim to help you acquire the knowledge and skills that the University considers essential for you to start your degree with a better preparation.

Addressed

The Learning Strategies course is intended for all incoming students in the first year of Bachelor's studies.

Teachers

The courses will be given by Ms. Paloma Ballenato Plaza. Psychologist. Master's Degree in General Health Psychology and in Psychosocial and Community Intervention. Training at UC3M and other socio-educational institutions. Psychological and psycho-pedagogical care.

Place, date and time

The Zero Learning Strategies Course has a duration of three hours organised as follows.

GETAFE CAMPUS (Group 1)

• Days: Thursday, 31 August 2023.
• Time: 11:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
• Venue: Edificio Concepción Arenal, Aula 14.1.5

LEGANÉS CAMPUS (Group 2)

• Date:  Friday, 01 September 2023.
• Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Venue: Edificio Sabatini, Aula: 2.3. B04

The list of admitted students will be published on 27 July.

Programa y sistema de evaluación

• Revisión de las principales variables psicológicas y metodológicas que intervienen en el aprendizaje: fases del aprendizaje, resolución de problemas, motivación, ansiedad, programación del estudio, apuntes, subrayado y síntesis.
• Asistencia mínima requerida: 80%.
