How to apply the courses

Application

Once you have been admitted to the UC3M, you have the opportunity to make the application of zero courses. This request is made by completing an electronic form from 10:00 pm on July 14 until 23:59 hours of July 25, 2023. 

At the time of application you must select the materials, schedules and dates that interest you. Moreover, you must also indicate a bank account number where you will be charged the full amount of the selected courses. If result finally admitted, the course fee will be charged from September 15.

The aim is that all applicants are admitted to zero courses. However, if demand exceeds supply, the requests will be handled in strict order of arrival.

Admission

From 10:00 am on July 27, 2023 you can make a customized query of admission to the course zero and the corresponding schedule and class. If you have been admitted, the course fee will be charged in the second half of September.

Qualifications

If you applied for the course but you want to unsubscribe

The courses have a small cost for students because most of the cost is funded by the University. The main objective is that all applicants are admitted, so that the number of groups depends on the applications received.

For this reason once the course is requested, i'ts only possible to unsubscribe from it by force majeure duly accredited.

The deadline to request cancellation by force majeure at zero course is September 15 on application for registration and, together with appropriate supporting documentation.

At the time of application, students must check the compatibility of the zero time course with their degree times, in case any. The time course incompatibility between zero and the degree schedules may not be claimed as force majeure unsubscribe at zero current.
