Know the group you've enrolled in

If you have not yet completed your registration, you can check the group assignment on the website which contains the instructions for doing so, specifically in step 02.

If you have already registered, and you don't remember the groups you have chosen for each subject, you have several ways to check them:

• In the enrolment form: This is the pdf document that is generated when you confirm your enrolment. If you have not saved it, you can obtain it by entering the application again and selecting the option "Consult matriculation".
• In the file consultation: Through the Virtual Secretariat, in Aula Global, you have to click on "Notes" and then on "Consult file and provisional notes". If you do not see the subjects of this course, click on "My transcript" and then on "Complete transcript".
   

Consult the schedule

You can consult the timetable by course and group, or all the groups offered by each subject, in the general consultation of groups and timetables.

In addition, after registering and activating your e-mail account, you can consult the timetables and classrooms of the subjects and groups you have registered in the personal timetable consultation

Information in the consultation of schedules

In the schedules you will be able to see, for each session and assignment:

• The name of the subject, course and term
• The group or groups that will attend the session
• The start and end times
• The dates and classrooms in which it is taught. If "Aula virtual" appears, that session will be taught synchronously online.
