Courses selection in Additional Education Program (Minors)

Selection of Complementary Training Subjects

You can enroll up to 12 credits of Complementary Training subjects per semester. To choose which complementary subjects you are going to take in the second semester of the 2019/20 course, use the following link:

Access to the application (when entering, you must click on "Pre-registration Management")  

1. - You can check, before the deadline, the available subjects and their schedules.

2. - Access your pre-enrollment shift, according to the degree of the subjects you want to take. We recommend that you enter to make the selection on the assigned day and time.

The shifts will open between January 22 and 23, with the following distribution:

Students with complementary training in:

  • Business Administration: January 22 at 11:00 a.m.
  • Economy or Finance and Accounting: January 22 at 1:00 p.m.
  • Degrees in Engineering: January 23 at 09:00 hours.
  • Political Science, Law, Business and Technology, Statistics and Business, International Studies, Labor Relations and Employment, Sociology or Tourism: January 23 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Humanities, Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Information Management and Digital Content, History and Politics, Cultural Studies: September 23 at 11:00 a.m.

End of term in all cases: February 3 at 11:59 p.m.

Throughout the period you can access the application, and change, add or delete subjects. The changes will be visible in Global Classroom the next day.

Keep in mind that the complementary subjects will count towards the average grade, so if you decide not to take them, it is better that you delete them from your pre-enrollment before the end of the term. This way they will not appear in your file.

3.- When the deadline ends, the Student Office will proceed to make your final registration with the subjects you have recorded. If you have the direct payment we will pass the corresponding receipt by the bank, otherwise the payment will be sent to you to make the payment.
