Cursos Cero Surveys

The University, in pursuit of continuous improvement of the quality of teaching and learning, request you to complete a survey on the completion of the Cursos Cero in which you have enrolled. The purpose of the survey is to know your opinion in order to improve the organization of the courses in future editions. 

To fill out the survey just click on the link, which we provide below, and validate yourself with your username and password to enter the application. The survey only takes a few minutes to fulfill and is completely anonymous.

Confidentiality

The confidentiality of the data from the teaching evaluation surveys is one of the highest priorities in this on-line process. The University has made every effort to ensure that the participants in the process and the results are completely anonymous. To achieve this, no personal data is stored in clear associates with the responses; it is also not possible to know who has responded and who has not responded to the surveys. All participation data are general and it is not possible to obtain individual data from the process.

Responses are stored in the database and to prevent a student from answering a survey multiple times, an MD5 summary is stored for each student. The summary, being unique for each person, prevents the same survey from being answered twice. From this summary it is not possible to find out who has responded as it is a non-reversible algorithm. Only MD5 data is compared, never clear data. The user ID is only kept in the application session for the time necessary to access the enrollment data and calculate the MD5 summary. At no point in the application is personal data stored.

The academic management database where the survey information resides is one of the best protected databases of the University and, therefore, has been chosen to store this information, the security level is the same as the one used for the custody of the academic records.
