Personal manager for bachelor's degree students

Bachelor's degree students have a specialized personal manager in their degree program who will help and advise them with the necessary procedures during their time at the university.

This service offered by the UC3M Student Offices provides students with personalized attention to inform and guide them on how the university works, academic procedures and the necessary steps to take during their university life.

The manager will attend directly to the student or will guide him/her to the appropriate place, following up on the procedure until it is resolved.

These are some of the issues on which the student can count on the help of his/her manager:

· Recognition and validation of credits

· Exams, grades and dispensations

· Transfer of transcripts

· Refund of fees

· Internships in companies

· Final Degree Project (TFG)

· Certificates and diploma request
