Change registration

UNIVERSITY MASTERS SCHOOL OF GRADUATES STUDIES

Registration is for the full year, and in general, changes are not permitted. However, if the changes are justified, and especially if they involve dropping elective subjects, they may be done during the following periods:

  • For courses taught during the FIRST TERM (2020-2021): from 16th September to 11th October 2020.
  • For courses taught during the SECOND TERM (2020-2021): from 31st January to 7th February 2021.

 

GENERAL RULES

  • Change will consist of substituting some courses for others.
  • The minimum number of students needed to open a group is 5. One course cannot be changed for another if the course being changed is left with fewer than 5 registered students. *
  • In any case, the minimum number of credits required, according to the study plan chosen by the student (full or part-time), for the academic period in question must be maintained.

WHERE TO APPLY?

The procedures for change or cancellation of registration must be processed through the Postgraduate Information Offices (OIP).
