Using the same password as that of your e-mail, you can Access your Virtual Secretariat/Registry, through Aula Global.

Here you can keep track of the most common procedures related to:

  • Regulations
  • Registration
  • Grants, Scholarships, Financial Aid
  • Classrooms and schedules
  • Certifications
  • Examinations
  • Personal information
  • Doctoral Thesis

and have access to all on-line administrative procedures.


Once your registration / enrollment is completed, using the four digit code you are given at the time of application you can ACTIVATE YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT.

Activate your email account

The 4 digit password can be retrieved here by introducing your DNI/Passport/NIE number and date of birth:

All official communication for students will be sent through this e-mail, so IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE to have it activated and working correctly to receive messages. You can configure the account to redirect all messages to your personal e-mail.



Once you have activated your email account, you must upload your photo to the application in order to have the Virtual TUI, integrated into the UC3M App.

With it you will be able to identify yourself as a member of the university community and have access to different services inside and outside the university.
