Candidates with qualifications from countries which are not members of the European Higher Education area may be admitted if they can attest that their degree corresponds to an educational level equivalent to official Spanish university qualifications, again provided that they are of a sufficient level for entry to post graduate courses in their own country.

Candidates with qualifications from countries outside the European Higher Education Area may attest to basic knowledge of Union Law and its institutions as well as the Spanish constitutional system.
