IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/22

This master program is planned to be taught On- Campus, in the academic year 2021/22.
In the event that capacity limitations persist in the classrooms at the beginning of the course due to risks derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, students must follow the sessions that are determined synchronously online. The master program will set the most appropriate shift system, always ensuring the maximum presence of all its students.
It is recommended to have a portable computer equipment for the follow-up of those training activities that are determined. This equipment is essential for carrying out practices in virtual environments in university classrooms that do not have computer stations.
International students who prove difficulties or delays in obtaining their visas and entering Spain, may request remote teaching until they may join the classes on-campus.

The Master in Informatics Engineering (Computer Engineering) prepares students to practice as a Computer Engineer and is fully adapted to the recommendations for recognition of official qualifications in the Informatics Engineering Profession, General Secretariat of Universities (BOE 4 August 2009).

The Master is appropriate for Informatics Engineering graduates or degrees with other denominations, linked to the exercise of the profession of Informatics Engineer, and whose competences are in accordance with what is established in section 5 of Annex II of the BOE N.187, (August 4, 2009).

For this, the Master in Informatics Engineering combines advanced training in aspects of Direction and Management of IT projects with other aspects of Information Technology. It also includes an offer of electives and the possibility of external internships in companies and institutions.

This training program aims to fulfil its objective by training professionals who are competent to practice as computer engineers.

The Master is made up of 90 ECTS credits. A group taught in Spanish is offered, divided into three semesters and organized into the following modules: Direction and Management, Information Technology, Electives and Master's Thesis.
