This master program is planned to be taught On- Campus, in the academic year 2021/22.
In the event that capacity limitations persist in the classrooms at the beginning of the course due to risks derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, students must follow the sessions that are determined synchronously online. The master program will set the most appropriate shift system, always ensuring the maximum presence of all its students.
It is recommended to have a portable computer equipment for the follow-up of those training activities that are determined. This equipment is essential for carrying out practices in virtual environments in university classrooms that do not have computer stations.
International students who prove difficulties or delays in obtaining their visas and entering Spain, may request remote teaching until they may join the classes on-campus.

    MAster in Intellectual Property

✎ │ Double degree begins in September 2021

The UC3M offers students the possibility of jointly studying the University Master in Legal Practice, which will help them to prepare for the professional aptitude assessment examinations in order to exercise the profession of law, and the University Master in Intellectual Property, thus obtaining a high level of specialization which will place them in an excellent position for entering the job market.

    Master in Legal Practice

In its current guise, the Master’s degree in Legal Practice has developed in response to the requirements of the Law 34/2006 of 30 October regulating access to the professions of lawyer and court procedural representative (procurador), a legal reform that was taken as an opportunity to structure a postgraduate program that will improve training of law graduates thus facilitating access to the job market.

    Master in Intellectual Property

Furthermore, the Master's degree in Intellectual Property has a clear professional orientation in a subject which represents the basis and substance of the knowledge and information society.

Specialization in this extraordinarily promising discipline with its long term prospects for continuing development and professional validity, with a syllabus developed over the last  11 years  and adapted to professional needs, provides added value and marks out this  qualification for the legal profession, aiming to meet with the current demand for legal experts in intellectual property.
