What you’ll learn

By the end of this course, you'll be able to:

• Analyze human behaviour in organizations at an individual, group and organizational level
• Understand how people get motivated
• Know the main theories on leadership
• Understand the communication at the workplace and the dynamics of conflict and negotiation
• Identify the elements of organizational culture and their influence on corporate ethics

• An online course (SPOC) including learning materials and activities
• Weekly case studies
• An assignment about a company

Assessment

• Exam (45 % of the final grade)
• Continuous evaluation (55 % of the final grade)
