The Ph.D. in Media Research announces 3 Outstanding Thesis Award for this edition.

Assessment criteria
- Publications on the subject of the thesis:
-Monographs: 8 points for each monograph published by a SPI publisher (discipline: Communication); 6 points for each monograph published by any other publisher.
-Book chapter: 6 points for each chapter published by a SPI publisher (discipline: Communication); 4 points for each chapter published by any other publisher.
-Articles on double-blind peer-reviewed journals: 6 points for each article.
- Participation in conferences and seminars with contributions related to the subject of the thesis:
-National: 1 point for each contribution in conferences and seminars in Spain; 1,5 points for each contribution in conferences and seminars outside of Spain.
-International: 1,5 points for each contribution in conferences and seminars in Spain; 2 points for each contribution in conferences and seminars outside of Spain.
- International Distinction of the thesis: 2 points.
All contributions must have been carried out after the date of registration of the thesis on the Ph.D. program.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are required to submit their merits in the same order as listed in the assessment criteria. It is also required to provide a link or document as proof of said merits. Publications that are accepted for publication will be accepted and evaluated, provided that such acceptance is documented.
