LANGUAGE ROOMS

The Language Rooms located in the Libraries are a key service in promoting and facilitating language learning.

Improve your command of English, French and Spanish with our workshops and personalised tutorials. In addition, you will have access to a wide range of resources to learn many other languages.

What you can do in the Language Rooms

- Receive advice from our professional tutors on language-related issues:

• Personalised and pedagogical advice on resources and materials available from the Language Rooms.
• Self-study of languages until you achieve your academic language goals.
• Methodological tips on taking official exams and preparing for the UC3M Language test.

- Consult and borrow materials in a wide collection of languages: preparation materials for official Cambridge exams, TOEFL, IELTS, DELF, DALF, etc., grammar reference guides, learning methods, graded readers, and literature in the original version.

- Take part in themed workshops, clubs, tutorials, conversation sessions in English, French, Spanish, aimed at perfecting your knowledge in a pedagogical and dynamic way.

With the Language Room pass you can attend 10 workshops during the semester.

Keep in mind that you have to reserve your place every time you want to attend a workshop.
