OTM-R (Open, Transparent, Merit-based Recruitment)

OTM-R is one of the pillars of the European Charter for Researchers and in particular the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. This process aims to ensure that the most suitable person is recruited for each job. UC3M articulates its OTM-R policy according to European principles to benefit researchers, institutions and the research system in general.
