Engineering Research Labs in Madrid is a collaborative program between Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the University of California Education Abroad Program (UCEAP), providing a premier environment for technical engineering education.
Introduction to AI: Learn the basics of artificial intelligence
During March 2026, the Carlos III International School (C3IS) will host the course Introduction to AI: Learn the basics of artificial intelligence. This will provide an opportunity to learn about the main concepts of artificial intelligence, its applications, and challenges in the online era.
Academic information
UC3M's tailor-made courses are short courses designed to meet the educational needs of the universities, companies and institutions that request them. They can be of two types:
- Short courses lasting a few weeks.
- Summer courses.

How to request your customized course
Write to us at carlos3is@uc3m.es and request a quote. When submitting your request, you should indicate:
- Approximate number of participants.
- Course dates and duration.
- Course name.
- Type of course.
Optionally, you may include:
- Faculty preference.
- Location preference (to be selected among UC3M campuses).
