Course Description:

This course will focus on the new challenges that today's society demands in biomedicine.

Two different approaches will be proposed.

The first approach will deal with new research in biomedical fields, always from the engineering point of view.

The second will try to stabilize the new developments in robotics and electronic devices that are being implemented for medical issues.

Global leaders act in a pluralistic planet with fewer and fewer borders due to the intense globalization present today. This course explores the multicultural influences in Spanish history, from the Muslim occupation during the Al-Andalus era, through the re-establishment of the Spanish Empire, to the current period with the integration of Spain into the European Union.
