Transcript of Records

Transcript of Records

At the end of each Semester, the UC3M International Relations Office will send your Transcript of Records to your home university (to the International Office or Erasmus Office) on the following dates:

  • Transcript of Records – First Semester:  end of February
  • Transcript of Records – Second Semester (Full Academic Year): end of July

The official grades will not be sent to the home university until the Protocols of Grades at Faculties are closed. No exceptions are allowed.

If you attended the Spanish Language Course at the Language Center, please do not forget to pick up your Diploma before leaving the university.
