Nomination
Prerequisites
In order to study at UC3M as an international exchange student:
- A Student Exchange Agreement must exist between your University and UC3M in your field of studies.
- You must be nominated as an exchange student at your home University.
Exchange students nomination
Partner Universities interested in sending their exchange students to Carlos III should follow the following steps:
Nomination Deadlines 2024/2025
- Full year and Fall Semester students (starting on September):
- ERASMUS+: from 15 March to 15 May 2024.
- Non European Mobility (MNE): from 4 March to 15 May 2024.
- Second Semester students (starting on January):
- ERASMUS+: from 2 October to 31 October 2024
- Non European Mobility (MNE): from 25 September to 15 November 2024
Second semester students nominated earlier (from March to May) will be contacted by UC3M in November.
Online Nomination Form
In order to nominate the students, partner universities should fill out this ONLINE NOMINATION FORM with the corresponding students' information.
Universities will be allowed to change the students' information form as many times as needed as long as the process is still open.
Password
Partner universities will receive a unique password through an email for them to access the online nomination form (one password per university and academic year).
If you do not receive this password or have problems nominating your students, please send us an email with the following subject "Re: Nominations issues":
