Changes during your Exchange

Due to the academic calendar of Master programmes and the duration of their courses, it is highly recommended not to make changes after the enrollment.

Please take it into account when you select your courses.

  • Changes

    If you need to make changes, please write us an e-mail before February 5th, 2024 to:

    • Students at Getafe and Puerta de Toledo campuses: incomingmaster@uc3m.es
    • Students at Leganés Campus: internationaleps@uc3m.es

  • Learning Agreement

    If your Learning Agreement was not signed and stamped before your arrival at our university, please send it to us:

    • If you are studying at Getafe or Puerta de Toledo Campus, please contact at incomingmaster@uc3m.es
    • If you are studying at Leganés Campus, please contact at internationaleps@uc3m.es

    Please, send us only one version of your Learning Agreement Before the Mobility and one version of your Learnign Agreement During the Mobility (this last document, once your enrollment is final). Remember that changes in your enrollment should be reflected in your Learning Agreement During the Mobility. 

    Once we send you your Learning Agreement signed, please upload it to our platform Sigma.
