Main Information

To prepare new international exchange students for their studies at Carlos III University, Madrid, the International Relations and Cooperation Office, in cooperation with ESN (Erasmus Student Network) and BEST (Board European of Student Technology) organize special Welcome Days before the beginning of each semester.

We wait for you next Fall Semester in a face-to-face Welcome event held on September 5, 2025 at the Auditorium of Leganes Campus.

Furthermore, you will be able to join to multiple activities of the association ESN. Don't miss it! 

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid welcomes international and national second-term students from the Erasmus+ exchange programs (KA103, KA107 and E+ Master), Non-European Mobility, International Double Degrees, SICUE and YUFE.

The Welcome Event will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Leganés Campus Auditorium.

We will publish all about the program on this website.

During January and February, ESN (Erasmus Student Network) organizes a wide range of welcome activities, such as excursions, guided tours, parties, sports activities, etc.
