Deloitte Legal Prize

The Deloitte Legal Prize is associated with the "Business Transaction Lab" (BTL) activity of the Master in International Advocacy. During the BTL, students will learn to design, plan and execute a large transaction (corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financial), including negotiation and drafting of the main documentation. The Deloitte Legal Prize will select the best students for a series of presentations and questions, which will also imply an additional step to analyze a transactional problem, propose solutions and discuss them with the best lawyers.
