Certificate of Departure

At the end of your student Exchange period, remember to ask for your Certificate of Departure/Attendance at the International Relations Office.

Please bear in mind that the date of your document should be the last day of your exams at UC3M (not later than the one stated on your admission letter). The original document, signed and stamped, must be handed in to your home University.

Please note that it is your responsibility and obligation to heed this rule and formalize your departure at the International Office on your last day at UC3M (the day of your last exam or last exam review with a professor). Your attendance dates are also featured in your Transcript of Records and your departure date will probably be earlier than the date stated in your Admission Letter.

UC3M will not be issuing and signing documents with an inaccurate date.

Attention: You must sign your Certificate of Departure in person. It cannot be issued by e-mail.
