Computer Rooms

Carlos III University has computer rooms in all campus where you can go if you have a computer issue.

Some classrooms have English-speaking staff to answer your questions.

Getafe Campus:

  • Throughout the course .- 9.1.12, 9.1.13, 10.0.29 and 10.0.31

Leganes Campus:

  • Throughout the course .- 1.2G01, 1.2G02 and 1.2G03


Provisional Password (activation password)

If you have been admitted at UC3M, you should have received an e-mail with your temporary 4-digit password with which you should have been able to activate your email account.

If you have lost this 4-digit password or need to consult this provisional code please click here and fill out the form with these fields:

  • 'Identity Document': type your passport number or identity card.
  • 'Date of birth': type your date of birth.

You will get:

  • Your email account
  • The first number is the 'User ID' (NIA)
  • The second number is the 'four-digit'


Final Password

When you activate your email account you must choose a password for your email which will be your Final Password with which you will be able to access all computer services offered by UC3M: Campus Global, Aula Global, email, eduroam ...)

This Final Password must have between 8 and 30 characters long with at least 1 symbol and number.

If you forget this password, you can recover it on cambiatuclave.uc3m.es

  • You are not able to log in your UC3M mail account
  • You are not able to log in Campus Global
  • You do not see your courses in Aula Global
