If you are an Erasmus+ student, you must send this Arrival Certificate to your home university.

If you cannot attend the Welcome Event, you will have to fill in this form on your first day on Campus to receive your certificate of arrival.

All exchange students must apply for their Certificate of Arrival digitally and will subsequently receive it in their @uc3m email account.

1. During Welcome Day, in person at the Leganés Auditorium:

  • Fill out (with your uc3m NIA) the electronic form, the link to which will be provided during the institutional presentation. 
  • It is essential to connect to the form via the Eduroam or Visitor wifi network at uc3m, while you are physically at the university (in Leganés).
  • Do not use your personal mobile data network.

2. If you are unable to attend Welcome Day and will be joining classes later, you must complete this form on your first day of attendance at UC3M.

If your home university uses its own Certificate of Arrival:

  • Request and wait to receive the certificate from UC3M.
  • Send us BOTH documents with all the information filled in to incoming@uc3m.es in the same email. 
  • We will check the dates of receipt of these documents (make sure they match) and send you the signed one from your university.
