UC3M and CBA open registration for their 2023 Summer Courses

The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid (CBA) present a new edition of their Summer Courses which will be held at the CBA headquarters in Madrid from the 19th to the 30th of June 2023.
The UC3M-CBA Summer Courses, a benchmark in the summer training on offer in our country, are a cultural and artistic project promoted by UC3M and the CBA.
The programme includes courses and workshops that are committed to interdisciplinarity and dialogue with the present on art, curating, communication, photography, gastronomy, cultural management, journalism or video games, among others.
COURSES AND WORKSHOPS PROGRAMME
Courses
From the 19th to the 23rd of June from 4pm to 8pm.
-From the image to artistic action in contemporary photography. Director: Nicolás Combarro.
-Undertaking journalism. Keys to promoting quality news projects. Director: Eva Herrero.
-Inhabiting language: art, politics and fiction. Director: Pilar Carrera.
From the 26th to the 30th of June from 4pm to 8pm.
-16th Cultural Management Course. Director: Enrique Villalba.
-Disconnection: Cynics, Outsiders and Disconnected People. Rootlessness in art, politics and literature. Director: David Sánchez Usanos.
-Disclose or Perish: Learn how to explain science to make it relevant. Director: Luis Quevedo.
Workshops
From the 19th to the 23rd of June from 10am to 2pm.
-Commissioner, agency, curatorship: The visual essay in non-functional spaces. Director: Javier Arnaldo.
-Citizen Collage. Director: Sean Mackaoui.
-Gastronomic culture: Variety is the spice of life. Director: Juan Ángel Vela del Campo.
From the 26th to the 30th of June from 10am to 2pm.
-Narrative writing. Director: David Conte.
-Videogame script. Director: Alberto Murcia and Fernando Broncano.
