  • Calendar for the preparation, approval and publication of teaching guides for the 2023/24 academic year - Bachelor

From February 15 to March 8, 2023: Registration and, if applicable, modification of Subject Coordinators by Department Secretaries.

From March 27 to April 28, 2023: Update of the contents of the Reina files or didactic guides by the Coordinators in the "REINA application".

  • All fields must be completed and published maintaining the essential elements approved in the verification report.
  • Regardless of the language in which the subject is taught, the information must be completed in both Spanish and English. In particular, the bibliography of the file in Spanish.
  • In the case that there are continuous evaluation tests common to all groups of the subject, it is recommended to include in the REINA file the schedule of such tests.
  • For those who wish to include a more extensive and detailed program, there is a feature in REINA that allows to publish it as a PDF document, although this document will not have the character of an official program of the subject.
  • If a coordinator cannot access the REINA application, he/she should contact the department secretary's office to arrange the corresponding access permissions.

From May 3 to May 19, 2023: Review of contents by Vice-Deans and Assistant Directors of Deputy Director for the Bachelor

  • Special care must be taken to ensure consistency with the contents of the verification report.
  • If during the review process problems, overlaps or other issues are detected, and it is deemed appropriate, it may be submitted to the Academic Committee of the degree for its study and assessment.

May 22 to June 2, 2023: Approval of the programs by the Department Council.

  • From this moment on, the programs or teaching guides become official.

First: The Secretary's Office accesses the application "Asignaturas ZIP" to save in electronic format (PDF) the program or teaching guide and other documents attached to the file, if any.

Second: The proposal of programs or teaching guides of the subjects is submitted to the Departmental Council for approval either by the Academic Secretary, as it has been done until now (it does not require the coordinator's signature), or by reflecting in the minutes of the meeting of the Departmental Council the approval of the programs of the subjects for the corresponding academic year.

June 5, 2023: Publication of the new course sheets on the public part of the website

The subject file constitutes the University's commitment to the students, so that it cannot be modified during the academic year.
