Info Day: HR Strategies

On July 12, 2016, an Infoday was held in the UC3M under the title: “Human Resources Strategies for Researchers: HRS4R & OMT-R” as part of the project framework entitled "Human Resources Strategy for Researchers" (HRS4R)

The idea of the session was to inform the University community of the benefits of the HR Excellence in Research Logo and of other relevant aspects such as the OTM-R Report issued by the EU (an expert guide to implementing good HR practices and policies for researchers).

We have the following expert lecturers in the area:

• Cecilia Cabello Valdés, Director of R+D+i Indicators and Policy Tracking, Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT)
• Izascun Lacunza, FECYT representative 
• Xavier Ariño Vila, Head of Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona’s Unit for Strategic Projects
