UC3M's Carlos III International School (C3IS) launches live chat with alumni on its new website

The Carlos III International School (C3IS), part of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), has presented a comprehensive renovation of its website, including a new feature that promises to improve interaction with future students: a live chat with alumni of its academic programs.

This new service allows website visitors to chat directly with alumni of C3IS academic programs, who share their experiences and answer questions about international programs, university life and opportunities at UC3M. The functionality is designed to help prospective students make more informed decisions about their educational experience in Spain.

“The inclusion of this live chat reinforces our commitment to offering personalized guidance to international students,” explained Álvaro Escribano, director of the Carlos III International School. “We want our future students to be able to learn firsthand what studying here entails, and there is no better way to do that than by connecting them with those who have already lived the experience.”

The C3IS website is available in English and Spanish, making it easily accessible to students from all over the world. In addition to the chat, developed by the company Unigow - Emprende 2023 Award - the revamped C3IS website offers detailed information on customized programs for non-exchange international students, tailor-made courses and a wide variety of cultural and educational activities.

“We have eight student ambassadors who answer new students' questions and receive compensation in exchange for their availability,” says Loles Morell, director of the C3IS Student Office. “Right now, these alumni belong to our International Foundation Program, but our goal is to recruit alumni from all our programs to share their experience with future international students.”

C3IS remains committed to an education oriented towards intercultural respect and global knowledge, always based on transparency, academic excellence and student support. With this new tool, C3IS reinforces its role as one of the main options for those seeking international education in Spain.
