    • To develop a different way of living, learning to connect with oneself more deeply
    • To make it easier to raise full awareness of our own minds (body, thoughts and feelings) in the here and now
    • To improve self-consciousness through daily meditation
    • To increase concentration and improve emotional intelligence
    • To improve mood and the sense of calm and inner peace

    • Methodology

    Theoretical training and practical meditation exercises both inside and outside of the classroom

    o   Guided meditation

    o   Exercises for listening to the body

    o   Exercises for understanding the mind

    o   Instructions for practices in everyday life

    o   Space for questions that help to clarify and consolidate what has been learned.

    Attendance of at least 80% of the hours

    Elena Villalba 

    Transpersonal Mindfulness consultant. A professional in the field of individual and group therapeutic accompaniment. Trained in Mindfulness, Transpersonal Therapy, Body psychotherapy, Authentic Movement and Process Work. Development of personal growth spaces since 2008. She has participated in the growth and development of the Spanish School of Transpersonal development over the course of 8 years.
