Admision UC3M

To access our Ph.D. programs, candidates are subject to an admission process in which the Academic Committee of each program evaluates their academic background and curriculum vitae, as well as their interests and/or research experience.

As a general rule, applicants are required to hold a Bachelor and Master's degree, with a total 300 ECTS credits combined. A favorable review by the Academic Committee enables the applicants to get enrolled on the program.

Scholarships or Financial Aids

As a general rule, Ph.D. scholarship granting bodies require candidates to submit proof of application to a Ph.D. Program. Therefore, we strongly encourage to apply for our Ph.D. programs in advance. Please check the specific requirements of each awarding organization.

Admission and enrollment on a Ph.D. program is required for all scholarship recipients before the acceptance of the scholarship and the signing of the contract as a researcher in training (when applicable).
