The Microcredential in Inclusive Leadership enables students to identify and apply strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in organizations. Competencies in effective communication, teamwork, and data-driven decision-making are developed.
In addition, inclusive leadership skills are strengthened by promoting collaborative and equitable environments. The training boosts employability by providing key tools for leading diverse teams effectively and with empathy.
- PROGRAM
1. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND THE ROLE OF MANAGERS
The objective of this module is to analyze the management function of a company.
1.1. GENERAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

1.3. THE IMPACT OF MANAGEMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
2. LEADING INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS
The objective of this module is to understand the concept of leadership, its implications for people and organization, and to analyze it from an evolutionary perspective. The differences between different types of leadership are also analyzed, and concludes with a real perspective on the subject in the business environment.
