Do you want to meet professionals to help you guide your future?

The Mentoring Network of Spain and Inserta Empleo (Fundación ONCE), through the Mentoring Program for university students with disabilities, offers the possibility for students with disabilities to receive advice from companies of recognized prestige, in which they will share experiences and ways to overcome the barriers encountered to take the first steps in the world of work.

>a maximum of 10 UC3M students with accredited disabilities will be able to participate in this program each year with the aim of promoting their talent and preventing them from dropping out of training.

>Students will maintain regular communication with mentors throughout the program with both joint and individual training sessions, the use of mentoring tools and sharing of best practices, and a final program evaluation.

This project will allow you to:

  • Learn about experiences that will help you plan your life after completing your degree.
  • Learn about the application of your studies from the point of view of professionals who are also trained in mentoring.
  • Anticipate the barriers you may encounter in your working life and learn skills to overcome them.
  • Achieve your professional goals and develop your full potential.

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and have an accredited disability.
  • Attend the meetings scheduled during the project on dates to be determined (monthly) and participate in the proposed workshops.
