We received in our labs at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid the visit of TERA6G Project Officer, Claudio Scalese. We have shown him the advances in the project, specifically:

1.- The setup that we have prepared to characterize the laser modules, which will produce the optical signals to generate four independent data modulate RF beams, under resposability of Alberto Zarzuelo García

2.- The assembly of 4x4 silicon rod arrays for emitting RF signals from a photodiode array, aiming to the first two-dimensional hashtag#antenna hashtag#array in the hashtag#millimeter-wave range with optical beam forming and optical distrubution of the signals, under responsability of Kalliopi Spanidou

TERA6G Project coordinator Guillermo Carpintero joined the visit to show our leading Terahertz equipment which will be fundamental for the testing, highlighting Anritsu 110 GHz optoelectronic extension for the vector network analyzer and our Keysight Technologies 70 GHz real time scope and arbitrary waveform generator

Thanks Claudio Scalese! Looking forward to welcome you soon
