RESEARCH STAY AT UC3M: SIGNAL AND COMMUNICATIONS THEORY DEPARTMENT

PROJECT: Machine Learning is an area that is becoming more and more a core technology for a number of disciplines. This is due to the advances in the Information and Communication technologies and the evolution of our society towards what is known as Knowledge Society. The project in Carlos III concerns the development of new optimization techniques in the context of Adaptive Learning. This is a major current trend, since machines can learn the changes that occur in the environment, then embody this knowledge in their learning mechanism in order to modify their decisions/predictions, so that to meet the needs of the new environment.
