International Students

Grupo estudiantes internacionalse

Carlos III University receives annually close to 4.500 international students. Coming from countries all around the world, they constitute almost a 20% of all our students and contribute to create a multilingual, multicultural and international environment in our campus.

The international students

a) Can be exchange students and come to UC3M thanks to the almost 900 agreements that we have signed with the best universities in the world. Through different exchange programmes (Erasmus+, MNE, etc.), they study bachelor or master subjects during a semester or a full academic year and obtain recognition for the credits taken.

b) Other international students choose to obtain a bachelor degree or master degree at UC3M (Degree Seeking Students), taking the whole academic cycle at our university.

C) Finally, international students may enrol in the Hispanic Studies Courses (CEH) to study the language, history, literature, art and other aspects of Spanish culture; take part in the Study Abroad Program (SAP) of their home university; or, as Free Movers, complete their education by studying specific subjects from all those taught at the university.
