Currently Senior Lecturer, Director of the Master in Computer Engineering and Deputy Director of Institutional Relations and Internationalisation; Past President (2022-2023), Technical Director (2024- 2025) and Treasurer (2016-2025) of the INCOSE Spain Chapter (AEIS); INCOSE EWLSE & DEI EMEA Lead; INCOSE EMEA Events Representative, INCOSE TLI Cohort 6; and coordinates the financial management activities of the Knowledge Reusing Group.
Awarded in SWE 2023 as Distinguished Engineering Educator, SWE's most recognised award for female academics and globally recognised since 1950. Member of OMG, INCOSE, SEPLN, SWE and CSTA. Certified in ITIL, ININ, ISO20000 and ISO15288. Published in knowledge management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, software engineering and ethics; two working patents; currently leading two EU research projects. Deputy director of an innovative and integrative project in Spain (ALMA project) to teach advanced IT concepts to people with neurodevelopmental disorders, leading them to a professional career where they will be able to get a job. I am very happy when they succeed. We are making a difference!
She teaches and coordinates subjects in the Department of Computer Science, both at undergraduate and Master's level. Author and active participant in MOOCs, SPOCs and teaching innovation projects. Principal investigator of numerous European, national and Art. 60 projects with companies.
