Professor Laura Baamonde Gómez
Associate Professor of Constitutional Law, Deputy Director of the Master in the Law of Regulated Industries, and Secretary of the “Manuel García Pelayo” Institute of Comparative Public Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
PhD in Law from UC3M and Università di Pisa in 2016, with research stays at Università di Pisa (Italy, 2012) and Max Planck Institute (Germany,2022).
Awarded the Nicolás Pérez Serrano 2016 (finalist) prize for her work La magistratura constitucional en España e Italia (CEPC, 2019), she recently published Vindicación del Parlamento. Su necesaria revitalización ante el reto de la Globalización (Tirant, 2023).
