Professor Jorge López Puente
Jorge López Puente is University Professor in the Department of Mechanics of Continuous Media and Theory of Structures at the University Carlos III of Madrid. He has been Head of Department for 4 years and is currently Deputy Vice-Rector for Teaching and Research Staff.
His research activity is focused on the behaviour of lightweight structures subjected to dynamic loads, coding
structures subjected to dynamic loads, co-directing the Dynamics of Lightweight Structures research group.
