Objectives

  • The consolidation of the right to culture as a legal specialty, which can articulate a global vision of the process regulations and cultural sectors: Cultural Heritage Rights,  Cultural Rights, Constitutional Culture Regimen, Copyright, Cultural Administration, Law of International Organizations…, all of which have been analyzed from different points of view.
  • To introduce the legal dimension of culture in the multidisciplinary approach in the theoretical debate with other humanistic and social sciences dealing with culture: anthropology, political science, sociology of culture, cultural communication, economics of culture, philosophy of culture, history of culture…
  • To develop the theoretical framework, in particular the institutional legal framework to ease integration, communication and cultural dialogue in today’s world, in Spain, Latin-America, Europe and Maghreb.
