Ms. Paloma Arnaiz Tovar

Paloma Arnáiz Tovar has a degree in law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1979).
She is an official of the Local Authority Secretarial Corps holding national qualification since 1981.
She is currently Vice Administrator of Academic Procedures at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, which she joined in 1989. Her professional work at the university has basically concerned teaching administration and students. Previously she worked as Secretary General in the local councils of San Martín de la Vega (Madrid), Piedralaves (Ávila) and Xeresa (Valencia) and as Director of Programmes at the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública.
