UC3M among 160 top universities in employability

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) is among the top 160 universities in the world and ranks in the top ten for Spanish universities in employability, according to the new edition of the QS Graduate Employability Ranking.
UC3M excels in different indicators such as university professional reputation, internship programs and graduate employment rate. In this last aspect, the UC3M is ranked 65th in the world, with an employability rate of 89.3%.
The goal of this ranking is to use new approaches and an innovative methodology to evaluate the employability of graduates from higher education centers around the world. The ranking takes into account different indicators such as university professional reputation, students’ job prospects, agreements and partnership with companies, internship programs and graduate employment rate.
To make this ranking, the British consulting firm Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) analyzed the responses of some 30,000 companies, considered about 130,000 connections between employers with graduates and assessed approximately 200,000 labor agreements. In this new edition, the number of institutions considered in the QS Graduate Employability Ranking increased, going from 200 to 500 universities.
