3 finalists in Human Up 5 program

Madrid, April 21, 2025

The Human Up program, in its 5th edition, led by Dynamis Consultores and the "Asociación para el Impulso del Talento Joven", has had 18 young people between 18 and 26 years old, 3 from Universidad Carlos III. During the month of March they have developed their transversal skills and innovative mindset..

Human Up was born from the question of how we can make Spain a more entrepreneurial and innovative country. One of the biggest obstacles is the lack of culture and skills in the academic stage. The answer was the beginning of a path in which this social project has been promoting the innovative mindset and skills of young people from the ground up for 8 years..

The program focuses on promoting not ideas, but people with innovative potential and developing them on a human level so that they are capable of creating impact in a collaborative manner in the face of diverse challenges in any environment.

The selected young people who have been part of this edition come from 16 undergraduate studies and 8 universities, promoting a diversity that enriches their development. 3 of the participants of this edition are from Carlos III University: Elena Hernández Sánchez, Nicolás Sánchez Delgado, Daniel Kwapien, who are studying Biomedical Engineering, International Studies and Economics and Data Science and Engineering.

During the month of March they have lived in La Nave Madrid experiential sessions of skills such as proactivity, communication, leadership, empathy and creativity, meetings with leaders of entrepreneurship and innovation and the creation of impact projects as a team.

Participation in Human Up is 100% subsidized and led by the Asociación para el Impulso del Talento Joven (Association for the Promotion of Young Talent), which was created by Dynamis Consultores, in its commitment to promote young people through social projects.

The young people have highlighted that the program has allowed them to discover innovation from a human perspective, to understand that teams need roles with a diverse set of skills, to understand that there are as many leadership styles as there are people, to recognize their own contribution of value, to enrich themselves with profiles of other grades and to find a community where they can express themselves freely.
