- Objectives
- To learn about the influence of happiness on Human Beings and the environment around them, and more importantly on health, social organisation, life expectancy, advertisements, entrepreneurship, etc.
- To learn techniques to deepen self-awareness and self-education, with the aim of reaching a happier personal, family and professional life
- To improve adaptation to changes and new situations
- To raise the ability of reducing the number of conflictive situations, suffering and unnecessary pain and to improve interpersonal communication

- Theoretical introduction and practical exercises with the aid of audiovisual material
- Introduction. Objectives and course structure. Initial survey
- Analysis of the education system from the perspective of training towards personal happiness. What questions have been left unanswered?
- History. Basic analysis of the concept of happiness
- Classification and description of the principal strategies of the continuous practice of happiness. Practical application
- Training and the challenge of getting to know yourself. Practical application

- Minimum attendance of 80% of the hours. Final assessment at the end of the course (in-class test style)
