Mathematical Methods

The research group Mathematical Methods in Economics includes Economists and Mathematicians from the Economics Department interested in the study of theoretical Economics models. The areas of research of the group members are: Game Theory, Political Economy, Social Welfare, Mechanism Design, Linguistic Diversity and Redistribution.
The Group's members have published their work in top Economics journals (Econometrica, Journal of Economic Theory, International Journal of Game Theory, Economic Theory, Mathematical Social Sciences, Games and Economic Behavior, Social Choice and Welfare).
