UC3M students can obtain an academic transcript or proof of enrollment on a Ph.D. on our  Virtual Office

Documents available

The documents listed below are available for download on the Virtual Office, both in Spanish and bilingual versions:

• Academic Transcript
  Available during and after the Ph.D. studies
  This document certifies subjects and courses with final grades exclusively. After completion of the Ph.D. studies, the transcript also provides information on the thesis defense. If further subjects are registered on the student's academic record after the transcript has been issued, a new transcript must be requested and paid accordingly. 
   

• Proof of Enrollment
  Available during Ph.D. studies
  This document serves as proof of enrollment on the current academic year and the associated fees.
  Fees: Free-of-charge.

How to access the Virtual Office

Access with Digital Certificate.

Accepted certificates: 

• Electronic DNI (Spanish ID)
• FNMT Certificate

Further information: Signature systems (in Spanish)

Access with UC3M credentials.

• Username of UC3M e-mail (e. g., if the e-mail address is 1000XXXXX@uc3m.es, username is 1000XXXXX).
  You can retrieve your username here.
• Password of UC3M e-mail.
  You can retrieve or change your password on Cambia tu clave with a Digital Certificate, Electronic DNI (Spanish ID) or a previously established method for password retrieval. In any other case, please send an e-mail to cambiatuclave@uc3m.es with your username and an attachment of  your ID or passport scan.
