Ranked seventh worldwide in the 2021 Financial Times Master in Management ranking and first in Business-Administration and Management in the ranking of the newspaper El Mundo 2023.

The UC3M-ESCP Europe Lifelong Learning Master in Business Administration and Management is a life-changing option for any career-focused student seeking both a European identity and a global perspective. This two-year full-time generalist programme offers the opportunity to study in up to four countries, with options ranging from ESCP Europe's six European campuses to 70 partners around the world.

During the first master year, students complete a series of core modules, covering the fundamentals and advanced instruction of general management topics.

Students with a non-business bachelor degree must study prerequisites during master year one. To be eligible for the two-year Master de Formación Permanente in Management programme, candidates must hold a Bachelor degree after having completed at least three years of university studies.

Applicants may submit an application in the same year they complete their Bachelor degree, pre-graduation.  We recommend candidates not to be older than 30 during the application year.

Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded in a European country (outside of France) after at least three years of studies in Europe (with a maximum of one year spent studying in France) are eligible to apply through the European Master Admission Test.

NEW: Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded anywhere outside of Europe after at least three years of studies are eligible to apply through the Global Admission Test.

Candidates with a Bachelor degree awarded anywhere except France after at least three years of studies (with a maximum of one year spent studying in France) are eligible to apply through the SAI.

Candidates with a French Licence degree are eligible to apply through the  Concours d'Admission Directe.

Please note that you may apply through only one admissions process one time per year.  For example, for the intake of 2018 you may not apply through both the SAI and the European Master Admission Test.
